Facility
Woodcarver Properties has 12 affordable office spaces, ranging from 150 - 610 square feet. All are fully furnished. Mailbox, light reception and utilities are included in the rent. Internet and phone service are separate.
Our conference room seats about 35 people for a meeting. For a party where people are standing around and mingling, it holds about 60 people. There is a small kitchen for your use with a refridgerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven & coffee maker.
We also have a large gazebo with picnic tables and a grill that is great for summer BBQs, birthday parties, family gatherings, you name it! This holds up to 50 people.
Our location is very unique. We are in a remote area a little off the beaten path! Literally, we are right next to the Santa Fe trail!
